RONOG 3 MEETING offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities suitable for all intrested organisation.

Sponsors of the RONOG 3 MEETING will gain visibility for their organization exibit Internet Technology Solution and exchange international information.

1. Main Sponsorship Option

1 –  Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor in the RONOG Program, on the RONOG Website and in all marketing materials.

2 –  Verbal acknowledgement and thank you at the Opening Ceremony & Press release.

3 –  One piece collateral or giveaway in the conference bag (Some size and weight restrictions apply. Item subject to approval from RONOG).

4 –  Company logo on Two (2) “Thank You” meter boards, shared with other sponsors to be placed in the registration and conference area.

5 –  Speaker opportunity and equipment, services or solution presentation during panels.

6 –  Special page and hyperlink to your website from the RONOG Website with brief company description, logo and contact information.

7 –  Your company representative will be interviewed.

8 –  Use of the attendee mailing list Mailing list includes attendee name, company  name and email addresses.

9 –  Free accommodation at Novotel Hotel for 2 participants, for 2 nights.

10 –  Your company commercial and/or message will apper on the TV’s from foyer during the coffe breaks.

11 –  Company’s promotional video hosted on the RONOG website until the following year’s website deploys. Sponsor will provide the video.

12 – Display equipment, services or solution on best booth at event – Booth No.1 = 3×3,5 m

13 –  Other custom opporttunities available.
